Postage and Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for any reason within fourteen working days of the purchase arriving with you. Any customer is entitled to a “no questions” refund or exchange within fourteen days of receipt.

In order to take advantage of your rights under our returns policy you must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] to tell us you would like to return the item. The cost of posting the item back to Linden Books falls to the consumer and will not be refunded unless the item received is not as originally described.

We will give you a refund for the full price of any item returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after we receive your returned item.

All transactions and interactions with Linden Books are governed by English Law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
